Sales Policy

Pricing:  While we make every effort to publish correct prices on the web-site, from time to time a typographical error may occur. We reserve the right to correct this and will contact the purchaser before shipping to obtain agreement to the adjusted price.

Ordering: Our products are priced in both US and CDN dollars. You can pay directly with either VISA or MasterCard. Either way, you enter you details though our secure web site. If you wish, you can pay by certified cheque or money order. Simply print the details of your shopping cart and clearly add your contact and shipping details. Mail this, together with your cheque,  to our address.  Please note that paying by cheque or money order will slow down your order as items will not be shipped until the funds have cleared.

Shipping and Returns:  We will ship to any of the 48 contiguous States and Canada. For shipments outside this area, please contact us directly.  You may also print the shopping cart page, add your shipping and desired payment information, then fax it to us at: 1-416-259-8430.  We will fax back details, so you can place your order directly with us.

Except where noted, you may expect delivery of your order within 14 days from receipt of payment.
Our products are guaranteed for 2 years under normal home, indoor use.  Returns made within 30 days of delivery will be exchanged or the purchase price refunded.  Returns after 30 days are exchanged for the same product only.  Please call us before shipping to obtain directions and to obtain an RMA number.  Please note that we cannot accept returns without a valid RMA number and are not shipped in their original packaging.
